I have used Westpine for the past 7 years until I recently sold my rental property. My experience of Westpine has been entirely positive and I've been really impressed with how knowledgeable, helpful and approachable Stuart and Michelle have been. The property has been managed very smoothly with great communication. I have always received a prompt response to any queries or issues raised and it genuinely feels like nothing is too much trouble. The fees are also very competitive. The final thing for me which has really made this place stand out is the great service I've received since I stopped renting. The property has been empty for several months, with the agent being fully aware it was due to be sold. They have therefore had no current or future income expected from me but despite this they have continued to be wonderful and very efficient in dealing with issues that needed to be followed up post-tenancy as well as helping me out with a recent query from the buyer. I cant rate them highly enough and would not hesitate to recommend Westpine to anybody looking for a responsible and capable letting agent. Thanks again for all your help and support.

Let me put it out there, as someone who has rented properties for the best part of 10 year I can safely say "I'm not a fan of lettings agencies" - I was fully expectant to feel the same way during a recent 8 month tenancy with Westpine however I can honestly say they have been absolutely fantastic and have flipped my opinion. Stu, lynne and Michelle are an absolute credit to their profession. Every time I had any kind of query whatsoever, they were only a phone call or a same day reply email away, and this was on a consistent basis throughout my whole tenancy, what's more is, their friendly and approachable manner, whenever i got in touch I was always greeted politely and personably and everytime without fail they resolved any issue or query, whereas with previous companies the customer service has been atrocious often having to chase up my queries for weeks and being treated as if I am a chore. I strongly recommend anyone looking to rent a property in the area to get in touch with Westpine, and wish the team well going forward. You guys have been sublime. Thank you
