i have known madjid who owns whitefield estate agents for over 20 years for the last 10 years hes "managed my property " 2 years ago i was told the property needed a new boiler he supplied one and it was fitted bearing in mind his company sells boilers and his brother fits them . i was then charged for it however after 2 years of asking for a receipt nothing this lead me to look into the accounts and found over £2,500 "work " had been done with no receipts given response was "we dont give receipts " he arranged for a plumber to fix a leak the leak was not fixed so lead to the sink unit getting damaged response was " we dont guarantee work if he dose work to someones property you expect a receipt for work done i have now changed agents whos safety certificates are half what he charges. i would not recommend this company i have scince found out he dosent give receipts out for anything make what you will at that . And it wasnt till i said the rent i received needed to increased as it was not looked into for over 5 years surely its there job as agents to keep upto date with rents payable
