My wife and I recently visited William H Brown to look into shared ownership properties. Gabby helped us throughout, and we were really impressed by how patient and approachable she was. She took the time to show us different options and made sure she understood what we actually wanted in a home. Thanks to her guidance, we ended up finding a property that suits us perfectly. Overall, the process felt much less stressful than we expected. I’d definitely recommend William H Brown, especially if you’re new to shared ownership, Gabby and the rest of the team were great to deal with.

I have just purchased my first home with William H Brown and have been impressed from start to finish. Their mortgage advisor Luke was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful but a special mention needs to go to Daisy. She was brilliant, professional, diligent and made the whole process so much easier. William H Brown went above and beyond to sell our property. The photos and advertising were excellent, Jade did an extremely good job of capturing the essence of our home. Daisy Hamill, Sales Negotiator was brilliant and we know she was key in us getting maximum value for our property. She was always helpful when we called into the office and we can’t thank her enough. Would have been 5 stars if the sales progressor we were allocated and been a bit more engaged and even if they have nothing to tell you or update you, a call every couple of weeks would still help calm the nerves during a stressful time. Sometimes no news is not always the best way. Daisy though was brilliant and would highly recommend this branch of William H Brown to sell your property.

Absolute brilliant estate agency. I have worked with quite a few estate agents and I must say William Brown stand proud above the rest. Their attention to detail, customer care and communication is excellent. I must commend Gabby in particular, from the moment of the house viewing ( and I have been to a few house viewings with other agents) to the handing over of the keys, Gabby has been outstanding. She is a true gem to the company and really cares for each customer. I even got a welcome/new home gift pack, how thoughtful. Well done everyone and well done Gabby. You all are going to go far!
