We have just bought our first house with William Thomas.
Every member of staff was a delight to deal with, from the initial bookings of viewings to handing us the keys. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt like a valued customer even though I wasn’t actually paying them (I was only buying and not selling) in fact it seemed like they did more work than my solicitor 😂

The staff at William Thomas estates were excellent with our first house. They guided us through the process and they were efficient organised and even helped chased legal documents. I can not recommend this company enough

Fantastic service all round,property had over 20 viewings all overseen by the staff. Communication was great, kept up to date by e mail or text all the staff were pleasant and efficient, in all a stress free sale from beginning to end, couldn't wish for anything better.

Sheryl was reassuring, very knowledgeable, advised us when we needed guidance after the house was sold STC , Thankyou for making the whole experience a lot less stressful.

We recently sold a house with William Themas and can’t fault the service we received they had great communication from the start. Special mention to Sheryl who really went the extra mile to secure our sale she was brilliant!
