I would leave 0 stars as they don’t pay the rent that is given to them…robbery….dont do nothing about mould with a young child. All the 5 star reviews are by Jewish friends because if you read every review it’s one star

Avoid- vital work not done, mould left in properties, staff very rude and will blame the tenants for their incompetence as letting agents. Deposits will not be returned and they will try hold on to any money they can. Good reviews are done by staff and their family/friends. They tow the line of legally running their business. Unethical to say the least. Contact has been made and ignored numerous times over issues.

Would give them no stars if I could. Worst Lettings agency ever. Let you live in a house full of mould and jobs as long as your arm. Avoid at all costs. The staff are very rude and degrading to woman with the way the men speak down to you. Do not rent with the estate agents. Rented a house with them for years and they treated us disgusting

WARNING TO SUBCONTRACTORS - AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Exactly a month ago, we came out to open and replace the locks on one of their tenant's property, as instructed by Rachael. Since then, we have been assured by Rachael that our invoice is being processed and will be paid soon. A month after the job, and after they received our invoice, I finally get through to Guy Barlow, who is supposedly dealing with this now. This is when he decided to tell me that he's disputing the invoice, on the grounds of the prices being too high (which was all approved when we were doing the job), and that he could have done it himself in 15 minutes. When asked why we weren't told a month ago about all these issues they now have with the job, Guy rudely changed the subject or tried to shift the blame on us. Overall him and Rachael, have been nothing but rude and patronising towards us, while blatantly lying to us over the past month. Looks like they will use anything to avoid paying up.
