Warning: Avoid This Company I strongly advise others to stay away from Jack and his team. In my experience, this firm operates with a lack of professionalism, integrity, and honesty. Once they’ve received your payment, they become unresponsive and evasive. There have been multiple reports—including mine—of aggressive, intimidating behavior when challenged. Their focus seems solely on extracting money, not providing genuine service or support. I also have serious concerns about discriminatory attitudes displayed by Jack, which were masked by a superficial politeness. This raises serious questions about the company’s ethics and values. Many of the positive reviews appear suspicious and likely come from fake accounts or associates. Don’t be misled. Do yourself a favor—avoid the stress, the risk, and the potential loss. Look elsewhere for a firm that operates transparently and truly values its clients.

I have dealt with Andrew for the last year or so. He has looked after a property for my elderly relatives and they speak very highly of him and the organisation, similarly whenever I have contacted him, he is always available for any queries. Keep up the good work - 5 🌟

Completely agree with other reviewers about these estate agents being probably the worst ones in North West. Staff is rude, disrespectful, no manners and extremely incompetent. Unsure how they are still allowed to operate. If you are desperate and have no other alternative, then give it a try, otherwise you have better options.

Had the worst experience with this letting agent , I would not recommend. They do not manage the property correctly or to the right regulations, I am dealing with thousands of loss due to the poor management of A1 letting. Customer service is appauling and they lack professionalism.
