I have sold my own house and then my mother's house with Abode. Victoria did both valuations and gave good advice re the sales process. Chloe kept me updated along the way and was always very helpful and lovely to talk to. Becci came on board at the later stages to assist the sales going through. I can thoroughly recommend Abode for the professional way the sales were handled and for the hand-holding and kindness along the way. Nothing seemed too much trouble and I can't thank them enough.

Fantastic experience from start to finish .We met Victoria for the valuation,she was very informative about the local area and the market then Chloe came to do the photographs which once uploaded, looked fantastic . When I wanted to sell my holiday let, I asked 3 estate agents to visit the cottage. They were all very good however I decided to go ahead with Abode who seemed to stand out from the others. Victoria from Abode visited the cottage to give a valuation. She was professional, enthusiastic and positive and had a ‘can do’ attitude. She inspired confidence that the place would sell quickly at a good price and that the whole process would have minimal disturbance to the holiday guests. Chloe from Abode (Cheadle Office) took over from Victoria, showed prospective buyers around and followed up on all the leads. She was outstanding from start to finish. If she couldn’t get hold of me (or solicitor/buyer) she would keep trying different ways and updated me every step of the way.
