Andrew Dawson Estate Agents managed the sale of a property on my behalf, which turned into a lengthy, complex, and at times, extremely stressful process due to factors beyond my control.
Throughout it all, the team remained consistently professional, responsive, and encouraging (especially Mike and Richard). They were always on hand to provide clear updates, sound advice, and much-needed reassurance. Their determination and persistence played a huge part in finally bringing the sale to a successful conclusion.
I'm incredibly grateful for all their hard work, tenacity and support and would not hesitate to use their services again.

Andrew & his team offer, & delivered, a knowledgeable, professional & friendly approach in managing every aspect of the sale of our late parents' property. Excellent service selling 2 properties for us. Rick and the team couldn't have been more helpful and proactive ringing around and getting things moving. I would definitely recommend using Andrew Dawson for selling your house.

Recently sold our house through Andrew Dawson and we were very happy with the service we received from them
They handled all the viewings, sold the house in 6 weeks and kept us informed of progress right through until completion. Particular thanks to Richard and Mike who were our main contacts. Mike going the extra mile by contacting the new owners some weeks after the sale when I had sent a delivery them in error. We would certainly recommend this professional and friendly estate agent.
