We recently purchased our first home through Belvoir and couldn’t be happier with the service provided throughout. From the point of offer Sue was really helpful and despite my numerous calls and questions she was always happy to answer my queries and offered me the best advice to help secure the property we had set our heart on. We are now two weeks into our new home and loving it! We cannot recommend them highly enough and would like to say a massive thank you to Sue and the team at Belvoir.

Belvoir were excellent in all aspects of my house sale. We were very lucky to have Vicky Smallwood as our agent.
She is extremely positive, efficient, kind, helpful, and down to earth.. Nothing was too much trouble. She works extremely hard and her enthusiasm is second to none. Her responses were immediate every step of the way, and she was always available and willing, to attend viewings at any time.
Vicky has become a friend for life and I would like to take this opportunity to thank her, Sue, Tom and the Belvoir team for all their professionalism and efforts on our behalf during the successful sale of our property. Our great appreciation to you all.

I am super impressed with Vicky & the team at Belvoir Oldham. We have just rented a property through her and she took time to ensure the house was right for us and also we were right for the property and landlord too. Everything was smooth and Vicky worked hard to ensure we got in before Christmas. I would highly recommend the team and I loved the lovely touch of a welcome gift box really nice surprise.

I received the keys for my first house today and have had the pleasure of dealing with Sue and Vicky throughout the process - without them this would not have been possible!! Sue ensured fast communication between me and the vendor, was very quick to chase things up and made things as smooth as possible and Vicky was a great help in showing us round the property numerous times - nothing was too much trouble for both of them. Would highly recommend, thank you both

Just moved out of a house managed by Vicky at Belvoir and she was absolutely brilliant throughout the 12 month tenancy, very responsive to emails and got all our maintenance issues resolved quickly and efficiently. The deposit was returned with no hassle and sent back to us within days of moving out of the property. Would highly recommend. Thank you Vicky for all your hard work!
