We recently had the pleasure of working with Bridgfords, specifically Murray and Lucy, during our house rental application, and we couldn't be more impressed with the outstanding service we received. From the moment we submitted our application to the day we settled into our new home, the entire process was seamless and stress-free, all thanks to their incredible dedication. They were incredibly proactive and responsive, guiding us through every step of the application with clarity and efficiency. They made sure we understood all the requirements and deadlines, which made a typically daunting process surprisingly easy. A particular highlight was their unwavering support during our two-week holiday. We were concerned about being away and unable to sign crucial documents, but Murray and Lucy went above and beyond to accommodate us. They communicated brilliantly, kept everything on track, and made sure we could complete everything upon our return without any hiccups. This level of flexibility and understanding truly set them apart. Even after we moved in, their assistance continued as we settled into our new place, ensuring everything was in order.

Murray has been incredibly calm, helpful, patient and reassuring throughout the move in process and beyond. Lucy has been incredibly informative, patient and kind via email. I also appreciate that she didn’t mind further explaining things I wasn’t sure of. They have both answered all my questions clearly and promptly. Between them both they have made the transition into the new property extremely easy for my son and I and have helped reduce my anxieties. Very grateful to them both and Brandon for their professionalism and care.
