We have used Casserly Property Management to manage our estate of houses and apartments for the past few years. They are professional, friendly and very efficient. They make our job as directors much easier and ensure leaseholders have a pleasant estate to live on. They provide excellent value for money both in terms of their fees and ability to obtain a variety of value for money quotes for work, ensuring service charges are spent effectively.

Casserly were originally appointed as the property management company for our high school by our local Diocese. They have provided complete and utter professionalism throughout their many years of service. I have personally been working with David for several years within my role as Premises & Compliance Manager and I cannot fault his work ethic, knowledge of servicing and attentiveness when arranging/rescheduling in any contractor works. The service that Casserly provide is essential for our school and we look forward to continuing this professional working relationship.

Casserly manage our school, and have done for the past 2 years. The service is exceptional. Quick responses, everything in one place and always well managed. Working with them has made the management of the school premises and H&S significantly easier. Would highly recommend.

Casserly Property Management have worked with the directors of of our residential apartment block to turn things round over the last 10 years from a place in appalling condition to a development to be proud of. It now attracts good tenants from all backgrounds and realises good returns for landlords.

Casserly Property Management has been invaluable to me over the past 18 months. I have worked in facilities management for 12 years and this is the first time I have used such a service and I cannot tell you how much time it has saved me.
Any time I have a question or need more understanding about something, I drop David an email and it is answered the very same day and usually going above and beyond with his help.
The user interface of my account is simple to use and understand and helps to keep all my compliance records in one place.
