We've just sold our office on Square Street through Charles Louis and they've been awesome throughout. We met James initially who was bang on with his market knowledge and explanation of both how they work and how they'd market the building - streets ahead of others we met. Anthony then picked things up and he was faultless. Managing offers, pushing back on buyers with low offers and keeping us posted on where, when and why things were happening. Over the 2 month period we didn't have to chase for updates (seriously, not once) and they made the journey from selling to valuation to marketing to viewing to offer management and negotiation ridiculously straightforward. First-rate business and first-rate people. Highly recommend.
