Probably the best letting agents I’ve had the pleasure of renting from. Everything ran smoothly with moving in/out. Helped with replacing broken fridge quickly. The staff relied to emails promptly and were friendly and helpful whenever I contacted them.

I've been renting with Cherry Picked Properties for a year now and I can't recommend them enough. Every interaction I've had with them has been really pleasant and easy, and their property managers are always happy to help.
Kye Bennett is my property manager and he's been nothing short of amazing. I've had water coming into my flat when the flat above mine had a leak and he continues to go above and beyond to help me get it sorted. He's also kept me updated every step of the way and every time I contact him he's always very quick to respond. Thank you very much, Kye. You're an absolute star⭐

Rebecca Scott at Cherry Picked Properties was very professional and honest. She informed me that I had made an overpayment of £ 195 and the money would be transferred back to me.
I have dealt with this estate agency for nearly two years. Very professional and friendly 😊
