Absolutely excellent from start to finish, Jade, Elaine and Grant are professional, efficient and honest, great team of people great estate agent.
Would recommend Clarke & Co to anybody selling their property treated my elderly mother with such kindness and respect absolutely first class !!!

Best customer service
Clarke & Co in Chadderton were amazing from start to finish. The customer service from Elaine and Jade was first class. They returned our calls promptly, kept us well informed and made the transition of selling and moving out as smooth as possible. We looked at other local estate agents who were rude, ignorant. If you want a first class service then we highly recommend Clarke & Co

Fantastic service from the team selling my property.
They work so hard to help and provide as much up to date information as possible.
My Sale and onward purchase was very complicated but I always felt confident with Clarke & Co as my agents and advisors

Amazing, amazing amazing.
Clarke & Co did more to help facilitate the purchase of our property than our Solicitor and they were not our Estate Agents. They ensured complex issues were resolved with the littlest fuss and without them we would still be waiting to move in. I do not think the Vendor will appreciate how hard Jade and Elaine worked in the background to make sure their house sale went through. We will definitely be using them next time. I cannot sing their praises high enough. Great communication, honest throughout and all with a smile. Amazing (and a big thank you!)

Honestly, the team at Clarke and Co were brilliant from start to finish when selling my property. They gave a good but realistic valuation based on the local market, they secured several buyers as timewasters dropped out, they managed the sale for me brilliantly as I am not local anymore, they were professional and patient and their commission was very competitive considering how much work they put into it. I could not recommend them highly enough. Support an independent local firm doing really quality work.
