I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Mellor Estate Agents. Their communication is extremely poor, making the entire buying process far more stressful than it needed to be. Despite waiting for long periods, they failed to effectively liaise between the seller and me, leaving me in the dark far too often. There was a complete lack of urgency and professionalism, making me question whether they truly have their clients’ best interests at heart. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and efficient property transaction.

Matthew really went above and beyond to look after us throughout the process of us buying our home. He was very professional but also had a lovely, friendly approach which made an otherwise stressful process seem like a breeze. Thank you Matthew for everything you did.

Lauren at Edward Mellor was amazingly supportive throughout what can be a stressful buying and selling process. Always at the end of the phone when needed, refreshingly proactive and with a can do attitude. We would not hesitate to recommend you. First class service!

Incredible Service Throughout!
Last month I sold my house through Edward Mellor and throughout the whole process they were fanstasic.
From Megan for our valuation ws friendly but very knowledge. We had 4 agents come to value and se was the best.
Claire always kept us upto date on all viewings feedback and the negotiated our offers. Unfortunately our first buyers backed out after 7 weeks (no fault of Edward Mellors). She did a great job with our new buyers to ensure we didnt have an issues again.
Finally a huge thank you to Lauren who was our sales progression advisor. I was amazed and the speed of her responses. We had a few stressful moments (again nothing to do with Edward Mellor) but she was a massive help and went way above and beyond to help us complete on schedule, which we did. Truly exceptional service.
We don't plan to move for a very long time, but if I do I would come straight to Edward Mellor with no hesitation.

Although I ended up not going ahead with my sale due to the mini budget fiasco ruining my onward plans, I wanted to write a review to thank the staff at Edward Mellor for their professionalism, friendliness and efficiency during the course of the process. Kate in the Denton office was extremely helpful and patient with my early questions and concerns about the process and Amy the valuer was a delight to meet and talk through all the options.
Getting the virtual 3D tour done (also Amy) was actually a fun experience and the photos and marketing were excellent. Once the house sale was in process I was supported by a number of staff, Emma at the Denton office was very helpful with offers, feedback and updates and Rebecca was amazing at managing the many rescheduled viewings and working around my timetable.
The viewings were very well managed and you wouldn't have known anybody had been in the house, in all it was a pleasure to deal with the staff at Edward Mellor whether calling in or on the phone/by email and if I should decide to put my house back on the market in future I will certainly be asking them to do the job for me again.
