I’ve just completed on the sale of my house and have used Edward Mellor as my estate agent.
The entire process was an absolute breeze. The staff at the beginning including Beth and Natalie were so friendly and helpful - always giving me regular updates and managed to sell the house super quick.
Christian, you were an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you for all of your help, your patience and your expertise throughout the entire process. I have nothing but positive things to say about you and the entire Edward Mellor team.

Exceptional service from Edward mellor, My house was only on the market for 2 weeks before it was sold. Natalie the vendor performance manager kept us updated all the time and explained the process and was always at the other end of the phone if needed.
Thank you to Natalie in particular and also to the rest of the team!… well done

The service so far has been great from the first agent that came out to take pictures,who was really friendly and professional to the agents who have dealt with the viewings.I was really conscious that we had a large amount of viewers and asked if the viewings could be arranged for the same days as opposed to daily which Natalie did straight away and continued to facilitate.Natalie and Beth were really approachable and friendly and offered good advice and kept us updated and were always at the end of the phone for any questions we had.They made a process that I found quite daunting much easier.
