Just wanted to say Big thank you to Mike, Farah and rest of the team. We had absolutely no clue about buying property process. After one call and a brief chat Mike took our case over in 100 %. Has explained everything as clear and transparent as possible. These guys got everything sorted for us from the bottom to the top,solicitors, mortgage in principle, insurances, dealt with every matter with no hassle. Very good communication too, updating us regularly as we were on a tight schedule. I couldn't recommend EPS more,even sent us wonderful gift for our new home... Mike and the team have been amazing throughout the entire process. Mike has been very responsive to emails and texts whenever we have had questions. He helped us to get a mortgage offer very quickly as well as helping with other aspects such as solicitors and insurance. This has made the entire experience stress free and helped us to stay at ease. Last year, my partner and I had to stop house hunting due to unforseen circumstances so we had to put everything on hold. Once we were ready to start again, Mike picked off where we had left everything and got everything progressing very quickly. We cannot fault Mike at all and will definitely be using his services when the time arises. He has left a long lasting impression on us and we're so glad we decided to choose him to help us buy our first home.

Mike was extremely helpful from the minute I first rang him. Gave myself and my husband great advice, tips and knowledge of the mortgage world. Even with everything going on and the banks being extremely busy, Mike and his team were always chasing them up and always providing us with an update. Very responsive, professional and reliable. Will definitely be recommending to others!

I reached out to Mike a few months ago as me and my fiancee were looking to get our first mortgage together. We found that many banks would provide limited advice to us as first time buyers, and not want to discuss potential loans due to my age. I'm only 20. Mike's done a quick fact find, we sent him over relevant paperwork and within a couple of weeks we had a decision in principle! Mike is a very responsive and hard working fella who is always available to take a phone call to answer any questions we had. 10/10 Would recomend Mike's services.
