I had rented from Hampshire's for six and a half years after a colleague had recommended them.
Moving to a new area on my own was stressful but they made me feel very welcome, taking time to make sure I was looking for the right property for me.
Steven and his colleagues have always been very helpful and swiftly been on the case if there were any issues at the property.
After a long period of stability, recent rent increases in line with the rest of the UK (out of their control), was my only reason for leaving as I had an option to purchase elsewhere.
The area they have an interest in has excellent transport links and the local communities are very friendly - the latter was something I hadn't expected when moving to the area.
Hampshire's excellent service continued even after announcing I was moving away from their area.

We moved six months ago and our experience with Hampshires was fantastic. From our first introduction with Steven, to our amazing photos and then the overall communication- the whole process was brilliant. Given it was a big move, and we were selling two homes to move to St Annes, Steven was so supportive and in constant contact with us. Thank you so so much!! :-)

I highly recommend the team at Hampshire Estates. Steven and the team worked so incredibly hard to get the sale of my new home through as quickly as possible. They provide a friendly, professional service. Communication between myself, my solicitor and themselves were fantastic. From viewing the property to moving in the whole process was calm and easy. They’re professional and so good at what they do. I would highly recommend Hampshire’s Estate Agents to everybody and I will be using Hampshire’s in the future if I decide to move on. Thank you for an amazing experience in helping buying my very first home. I absolutely love it and can’t thank you enough for all you did for me!

I purchased a property using Hampshire Estate and Lettings. After dealing with many estate agents in the area, Steve and his team provided a more personal and friendly approach. They kept me up to date very regularly on the progress of the sale. Nothing was ever too much for them. Their quality and catered service made the buying process a lot less stressful. I would highly recommend using this helpful and warm estate agents. Thank you once again :)
