We were initially going to do our sale through an online estate agent and are so pleased we opted to go with Home Estate Agents instead. During the initial valuation Nick was patient with our millions of questions and gave us honest feedback about the market etc. Within a month we had received an offer at asking price.
We were purchasing a house across the country and ended up being in a very long and complicated chain. Nick worked tirelessly to move things along and did more than any of the other agents put together!
I could always get through to speak to one of the team if I called and emails were answered rapidly too. I would highly recommend Home Estate Agents and would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Fantastic service from Nick and his team at Home. We had a great experience selling our property. The whole team were friendly and professional. Nick kept in regular contact with us and made the process of selling stress free. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a local estate agent.

Extremely unprofessional company!!
Had to constantly chase them regarding updates for a property to then find out the property has gone and hear a lame excuse for no contact from them whatsoever.
Complete waste of time!!

We recently sold our house with Home they were fantastic from start to finish.
They were very professional and knowledgable about the area and the current market.
Both Simon and Nick were great, really nice people and very good at their jobs. It was a pleasure to sell our house with them they took care of everything and recommended a great solicitor too. The whole process was incredibly stress free and the service they offered was great value for money. I can’t recommend them enough. Thanks guys.

Nick and Simon both did a great job in advertising and then getting us an offer on our home. However, they did even better with dealing with our pushy buyers nearly every day and finally getting the solicitors to talk to each other and agree on a completion date! We only wish we had used them to buy our new home too.
