From the moment our family met Jason Tonge, we knew we’d made the right choice in estate agent to sell our late father’s house.
At all times Jason gave sound advice, clearly explained all options available and guided us to the right decisions. Jason and his team (Madeleine and Stephen), were consistently professional, efficient, working conscientiously and with great effort to market and ultimately sell the property.
The marketing package that included wonderful photos and videos was outstanding, attractively showcasing Dad’s house and garden, to attract potential buyers.
Thank you very much indeed for everything you did, always going above and beyond expectations, we can not thank you enough, we couldn’t have sold Dad’s house without you!

Madeleine and Stephen were absolutely fantastic during the purchase of our first home. They kept us well updated and were happy to answer every question we had and arrange additional viewings.

We used to buy property through Ian Tonge agent. The houses in Ian Tonge agents mainly look good and the service was professional and friendly. This time we tried to connect the agent again to enquire some property selling issues. Steven was very helpful and gave us some practical and useful advices. If you are looking for a trustful property agent in this area, I definitely recommend this agent.
