An impeccable 360 service from start to finish. We contacted Irlam Estates following a referral from my brother. Within 72 hours of contact, we had an offer in principle and our house was on the market. After 1 or 2 messy buyers, our house was sold and we completed the purchase of the house of our dreams. Irlam estates is a true example of how a team should work. From Simon, Adam and Andy in mortgage advice to Alan and Aimee in sales and sales progression, we received nothing short of a first class service. Thank you so much to all involved !!!

Irlam Estates is a fantastic agency to work with. Initially, I wondered whether they were simply skilled salespeople, but when issues arose, their communication, problem-solving, and liaison were second to none. I have dealt with several estate agents, particularly in Irlam, and these are by far the best I have come across in the area.
A special thanks to Simon and Alan for their ongoing support and expertise. I will certainly be looking to do business with them again in the future.

Alan was fantastic throughout the entire process of selling my parents’ house. From the very start, he was professional, knowledgeable, and always kept us informed. His communication was excellent, and he went above and beyond to make the sale as smooth as possible. We really appreciated his patience and guidance, especially when dealing with the finer details. If you’re looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares and gets results, I’d highly recommend Alan!

I would highly recommend Irlam Estate agents! I dealt with Jane and the letting team and the process from the agents end was superb. Communication was always clear and often throughout the full process and I had a very pleasant experience from start to finish.

Andrew Jones from Irlam estates has spent since 2023 assisting to sell my late father's home. He has been very supportive and understanding during this time. I honestly can't say enough nice things about Andy, he's been fantastic help and his efforts have been hugely appreciated. I would highly recommend Irlam Estates
