Excellent Service from James Du Pavey Estate Agents We had a truly positive experience with James Du Pavey Estate Agents, and we're delighted with the successful sale of my mother's property. We initially started our journey with the Stone office, and we were particularly impressed with their proactive approach to conducting all viewings on our behalf. This was a huge advantage for us, as we don't live close to the property, making the process incredibly convenient and stress-free. While our sale was later managed by the Cheadle office, as this office was deemed to be closer to our mother's house, the terms of our agreement changed, requiring us to undertake the viewings ourselves, which led to us showing potential buyers around the property. This was less convenient for us; however, both branches consistently demonstrated professionalism and kept us exceptionally well-informed throughout the entire process. The communication was excellent, and we always felt up-to-date on the progress of our sale, ultimately leading to a successful sale. The marketing of the property was superb, and the support team was fantastic in guiding us every step of the way. Overall, we found James Du Pavey Estate Agents to be very good and would highly recommend their services.

My experience with James Du Pavey has been amazing , from the very beginning to the end I would highly recommend them, Rhys mainly dealt with my sale , always keeping me updated and very easy to get on the phone very professional all staff that were involved.
