the Team at Marple have been excellent in all departments . I've not sold a house in 30 years and they took me through every stage in a pleasant and professional manner. They kept in regular contact with me giving me sound advice when needed . Highly recommended

Excellent service from start to finish. After 5 months with another local estate and hardly any viewings I switched to Julian Wadden in Marple and they sold my property within a week. Ginene in particular was especially helpful ensuring the sale of the property was smooth and as stress free as possible. I couldn't recommend them enough, thanks also to Amber and the team for a great service, your patience while things got sorted out on my purchase was much appreciated.

They have been incredible through out the whole process from seeing the house to going through with the purchase. We are first time buyers and Eilish has helped every step of the way from start to finish and has answered every question I have and she has been incredible.

We've just completed on our first home as first time buyers, and the service and communication from Ginene has been outstanding. There have been various times where we've felt uncertain and in limbo due various issues outside of Julian Waddens control, however Ginene stepped in and provided the clarity and communication that we needed.
