Nikki has been amazing with us. We are not house buying experts and she explained every step of the way spoke to us like adults as we are and was just lovely. Such an amazing lady with a down to earth attitude and was just a joy to deal with. She couldn't help us enough if we didn't understand something not an issue she will speak to us about it and be amazing. Lovely lady. Thank you for making this a pleasure

I would definitely recommend keenans if you're selling your home .. Ellie and her team at Swinton were amazing in getting the viewers in . Faye was absolutely fantastic in all her support and advice through the whole process of our sale and purchase, her expertise was invaluable she was super efficient and professional ,I cannot recommend them enough . Thankyou Keenans .

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Buyer found by Matthew, within days of going on the market, excelling expectations on the price too! Nikkie my negotiator, has been fantastic, keeping me updated all through the process of the sale. Can’t believe how smoothly it’s gone.

I moved out a year ago and still they haven’t returned my deposit. They are ignoring my emails and calls.
Their excuse is that the new tenant hasn’t paid their deposit!
It has been over a year!
Now I have to pay someone to get my deposit back, what type of scam is this company running?
Why not just return the deposit and ask the new tenant for a deposit? Why use mine?

Keenan’s did an amazing job during the recent sale of my mother in law’s home. They were professional, approachable, they did exactly what they said they would do. They were able to offer advice on solicitors to use. They were always there to answer questions and even offer support and condolences when my mother in law passed away during a crucial part of the sale. Whenever we rang Keenan’s whoever answered the phone could answer your questions - there is a real teamwork approach. A special thanks must go to Nikki who reassured us along the way that she would do everything she could to ensure the sale went ahead smoothly. Nikki also had good contact with our purchaser and kept them informed as to our situation. Thank you to Nikki and all at Keenan’s Swinton for all your help, you were great. I would definitely recommend using Keenan’s Swinton.
