Nice simple approach by John at the initial valuation. I felt that his valuation and opinion of my Mothers' house was the most realistic. Then once advertised for sale Jessica was my main contact and did a terrific job throughout the process. (Thanks again Jess). The Chadderton office has been great. Olivia has produced a professional video for my property which was over and above what I expected. Dave has been very friendly and helpful from the point of valuing my property through to putting it on the market, and Sue has always responded quickly to any queries I’ve had. Kirkham's property sold my mum's house in Royton, for me, as I live over 200 miles away. From the start of the process I felt that I was in good hands. We sold our father's property "with his consent" and he wanted to go with Alan Kirkham and this is whom he originally used to buy the property 48 hrs ago! And they failed to disappoint!
