As executor, I selected Main & Main to handle the sale of my late sister-in-law’s house. From the initial visit by Martin Main, the whole process up to completion was handled by their team smoothly, efficiently & professionally. All their staff were extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and gave excellent and to-the-point advice. Martin’s market valuation was higher than I had anticipated but proved to be spot on, which resulted in a very quick sale. I could not have chosen a better estate agent and will highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell, buy or rent a property in the areas they serve.

Having no success with with selling our hour with other estate agent, we decided to go with main and main, Heald Green. So glad we did. The buyer wanted to complete by end of March, due to new stamp duty charges. There is obviously a rush with everyone wanting to beat this dead line. Cathy, from main and main, was on it from the start. Kept us, the buyers and related solicitors. We completed well before the end of March. There was no messing about. Cathy was very professional and motivated to complete the sale as soon as possible.

We purchased a property through Main & Main and the service they provided was truly 5-star!
Cathy, who handled the transaction from offer through to completion, was fantastic. She was proactive, constantly pushing solicitors on both sides to keep things moving — which was essential given the looming stamp duty increase. She kept us informed throughout and gave us a nudge when needed, always striking the perfect balance between professional and direct, while still being kind and approachable.
We work with a lot of estate agents in our property business, and they’re not all like this — so we’d definitely recommend Main & Main if you’re selling. They work with your buyer to help make the whole process as smooth as possible.
