More than estates, have been exteremly proactive in finding me a home, Joe spent alot of time showing us around sending properties via video WhatsApp, and to be honest every single video was exactly the same as the properties he showed us. Not like other agents who show pictures and then when you get there its nothing like the pictures or videos.
We paid a part deposit and once paperwork was completed met up with the landlord who gave us the keys signed agreement and paid the balance. Excellent communication and service.

Despite the fact that it may be lengthy, please read it.
I was first worried that Joe would con me, but he gained my confidence and assisted me in obtaining a rental property for my family.

I'm highly disappointed in the service given by Joe, though he negotiated on my behalf but I have every course to believe that, he did that and persuaded me to take the house knowing fully well that,there were a whole lot of issues with the property. Cracked ceiling coursed by leakage and damp, unclean surrounding especially back of kitchen and damp walls.
He refuses to pick up calls when he's taken his money. Besides, the acclaimed agency, 'more than estate agency' is not the correct agency responsible for the properties he advertises for.
My advice for anyone doing business with him should ask questions and get to know the exact property management, double - check the property for every possible shortcoming before entering into any dealings with him.
I'm sorry to be giving this review but I'm doing this out of pain and the unfair treatment I received...
