I rented with O’Connor Bowden for 2 years and found them to be a very helpful and friendly team! Thank you to Cerys and Tracey for always being friendly, personable, and transparent - as far as letting agents go, I feel like O’Connor Bowden do care about their tenants and properties, I had a very positive rental experience.

I have been with OConnor Bowdens renting for 13 years and they have always been helpful, friendly and personable. I've recently had to move but will always be very grateful to them for how good they have always been with me, Tracey, Sue and Cerys are a brilliant team!

Offered a viewing. Went to viewing. Stated my interest/rang up to confirm. Told I'd be called back to let me know that day. Had to chase up to find out that the property had been taken the day before the viewing!

Worst agency to ever exist on planet earth. Greedy money grabbing scums, within the first inventory myself and wife pointed out woodlice, water leaking from upstairs bathroom, damp walls, mould, there was no Gas safe certificate either, dust and dead flies left on the window sills. We had to relentlessly clean the property including the cooker and oven which kept ticking off the carbon monoxide alarm, dirt and the landlord's belonging left behind including cups, pans, crockery and disgusting old bed sheets and duvets in the cupboards. None of this was ever addressed even though the woodlice and damp/mould on the walls were a hazard to our health and Tracey Bowden the vile creature had the audacity to deduct £900 from our deposit at the end of the tenancy and on top of that speak to myself and my pregnant wife with utter rudeness and disgust. How do you sleep at night?! AVOID at all costs! I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst experience ever, no consideration for us as tenants, zero customer service, all they care about is money! Look at the image of how much disgusting muck that came out of the oven we had to clean with detergent and scrape into a plastic bag and they said it was spotless when we moved in, how do they lie without any remorse at all???!
