Do not bother with them. If you do then please be wary. Been to three different viewings with them and they’ve led me on each time. I would’ve given up after the first and second time but I liked the properties they had and I had hope. After the most recent viewing (last week) I made it clear I wanted to put down a deposit and take the property and they were happy to cancel all future viewings and agreed to send over the application form so the referencing could commence and I could pay the deposit. I called them the next working day after the viewing and they said the form would be sent the following day, which is when I received an email stating that they’ve had other viewings and somebody else has taken the property. Genuinely the most incompetent, inconsistent people I’ve met in my life. There’s something fishy about them. Trying to contact/communicate with them is extremely laborious also as they lack transparency, continuously lie, and barely respond to emails and phone calls. I am disgusted by how they treat their potential tenants. Absolute time wasters.

Worst ever service and estate agents , absolutely incompetent , barely respond your calls or email , forget about stuff. I wish there was the zero stars rating. Absolute amateurs. Stay away or you will have a ton of problems and headache.

Not helpful and they’re difficult to communicate with. Would recommend using a different estate/lettings agency that is more organised and proactive.

Takes them days/weeks to respond, if they say they will call you back...they won’t. The opposite of helpful and full of false promises. Avoid at all costs

Paul sent me an aggressive and threatening email regarding car parking. Which was really upsetting and completely unnecessary.
