We bought our previous house through Paul Birtles 6 years ago and they were so good then that when we listed our house this time we knew we going to instruct them. From start to finish the staff were efficient and professional, and from our first meeting with Paul the house was valued, listed, viewed and sold in less than 2 weeks. Dan and Melissa were great throughout, keeping us informed and keeping the sale on track through the process making sure we completed before the stamp duty thresholds increased. A great local business with down to earth, genuine people. If you are selling your house, I would highly recommend using Paul Birtles.

Paul Birtles has managed my apartment let in South Manchester for the last 4-5 years. Service has been excellent and good value throughout in terms of finding and vetting tenants, doing regular property inspections, organising property repair and maintenance and dealing with those unforeseen issues that inevitably arise. I can recommend them without reservation.
