A first class service from valuation to sale. My wife and I live in Wales and Andrew and all of his 5 star team dealt with every aspect of the sale perfectly. We were kept informed throughout the sale in a friendly and courteous way.We would definitely recommend to anyone.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had with an estate agent.
We lived in the property for 1.5 years and paid a deposit equal to 5 weeks’ rent, as per their policy. When we moved out, we gave the required one-month notice. After their inspection, they claimed the landlord wanted to deduct £850 from our deposit for “damages.” There were no damages, only normal wear and tear and we had reported any major issues to the Reeds Rains team and directly to the owner (Andrew) several times during our tenancy.
While the staff are professional, it’s clear they prioritise the landlord’s interests, he is their main client and they earn commission from managing his properties. I raised a dispute with MyDeposits and provided all the evidence; after review, the money was refunded to me.

Very pleased with the service I received and Devon was excellent in initially helping with the negotiations with the buyer and subsequently keeping us informed during the conveyancing. The property was unoccupied and it was very convenient that we could rely on the agents to show potential buyers around. I am pleased I used Reeds Rains to sell my house and I highly recommend them.

We've not bought or sold a house since 1980 when everything was so much different and felt out of our depths. Devon guided us through the whole process keeping in touch at each and explaining everything as we went along which was very reassuring and just right for us. A week before completion we had hidden leak and were convinced the buyers would pull out but Devon reassured us as well as the buyers once the leak and everywhere was sorted. Devon has a really good sense of humour which helped keep us, and probably him, going.
Thank you so much. Hopefully we won't need to buy or sell another property but if we did we'll certainly be knocking on his door.
