Afraid never shown communal garden area or laundry room. The gentleman
knew nothing above a sell on % clause.
All information was available from plumlife.

Very poor service they never pick up the phone. After viewing try to call them to put your offer but never pick uk my call. I ring them 25 times but no answer at all. Shame on you.

I made enquiries about a house the person I spoke to was polite and very informative. He was able to tell me the condition of the house and the local area.
