I've been a customer with Stuart homes for nearly 3 years now. From the very start my experience has been positive. The condition of the house was decorated and furnished to a good standard. I've rarely had any issues and if ive needed any repairs Stuart homes have dealt with this swiftly.

We switched from another Management Agent to Stuart’s a couple of years ago for reasons you can imagine. They are a small family business who we have found to be very professional and competent, their business thrives or flounders depending on their performance, hence the very high standard of service we have experienced. We have taken the full management service and we get exactly what we expected for this. Importantly, this also includes regular property inspections during the tenancy ensuring Tenants comply with the Contract and look after the property, resolutions of maintenance issues using their competent contractors with fair pricing, the complete process from advertising the property, certification checks etc., to the departure of the tenants and when damage found at the end of the occupancy, the Tenants have been “encouraged” to resolve, need we say more. The “family and staff members” are very helpful and friendly, a pleasure to deal with especially as things get done when you ask. If you are not quite satisfied with your present Management Company, give Stuart’s a try, we do not think you will be disappointed.
