We couldn’t be happier with our experience renting through Thornley Groves Monton. From start to finish, the whole process was incredibly smooth, quick, and stress-free. The team has been friendly, efficient, and so supportive every step of the way.
A special thank you to Lucy, Kev, and Amber for being absolutely brilliant – always responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We also really appreciated the thoughtful "Happy New Home" treat box they gave us – such a lovely surprise that made moving in feel even more special.
And a huge shoutout to Clare for being truly incredible – her warmth and professionalism really stood out.

I had a fantastic experience with Thornley Groves. The team, especially Lucy, Kevin, and Amber, were incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive. They made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. They were very accommodating in arranging a convenient move-in date for us and kept us well-informed at every stage. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly and with genuine care. Their attention to detail and friendly approach really made a difference.

Thornley Groves manage my property in Preston. The communication has been excellent, and their attention to detail in the inspection report from Daisie was extensive.

I’ve just come back from viewing a house with Kelly McDermott at Thornley Groves (Monton) and had to give feedback on the overall experience. I’ve viewed quite a few homes recently and met a lot of different estate agents. Kelly made me feel at ease straight away. She was so personable and gave me really helpful advice on what I could do to the property. I also appreciated that Kelly allowed me to go round at my own pace. I didn’t feel rushed and left feeling uplifted. Thanks so much Kelly for giving me expert advice in a really friendly manner!
