I had a very disappointing experience with this estate agency, particularly with the owner, Tom. I’ve tried to arrange viewings for five different properties that I was interested in for investment purposes, but I was refused information and viewings each time. It became clear that the reason was that I had removed my property from the market with them due to their poor service.
The staff were rude, and Tom even went so far as to claim I was an unsuitable buyer, despite being a cash buyer with an established property portfolio. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service makes it impossible to recommend them. I would strongly advise seeking out more reliable agents in the are

I recently bought a property from Right Move for rental purposes and even though I plan to manage the property myself I used their services to set up the tenancy - tenant find, checks etc. I found Jill to be very responsive to my enquiries and she kept me up to date at each step. There was a tenant in our property within a month of us purchasing it. Very happy with the service we paid for.

We booked Bryan in for a valuation on our house and he is brilliant! Very professional but down to earth. Bryan went above and beyond, he was very informative and helped with any questions that we had. We are looking forward to dealing with Bryan when we sell our house. Thank you again!

It was my first time renting and Your Move have been so warm, welcoming & friendly and made everything so easy and stress free throughout. Jill shown me around the property and has overseen the process and all of the staff I’ve spoken to have been so helpful. I couldn’t recommend them any more

ATTENTION YOU CAN ONLY LOSE MONEY. I will describe the situations: I found an apartment on the agency's website that interested me and I made a purchase offer, the offer was accepted by a person selling a flat, When I was watching the apartment, I asked if there are any problems with this apartment, I received the answer that the seller wants to sell the apartment as soon as possible because he goes away. After almost a year of waiting time, I received a message that the seller withdrew the offer, without giving a reason. And of course the money back from the agency I did not receive. IN MY OPINION THE AGENCY IS JUST CHEATING ON THE CLIENT IN THIS WAY.
